Ziemiańska tea is characterized by an extremely subtle taste. It is a composition of young leaves of wild strawberry, blackberry and blackcurrant, as well as the richness of the aroma of hawthorn flower and red rowan berries. Tea with a similar composition was served as a refined, delicious drink with meals at magnate and noble courts.
