Nettle herb is harvested from June to September. It is found in the temperate zone of Asia, in both Americas (except tropical zones), North Africa and Europe. In Poland, however, it is a common plant. It likes moist places, so it often grows somewhere in forests or thickets.  
 
Ingredients: Organic nettle herb 100%.

Method of preparation: 1 teaspoon of herbs pour a glass of hot water. Steep covered for 5-10 minutes.

The product should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. A balanced died and a healthy lifestyle are the basis for the proper functioning of the body.

Do not exceed recommended daily intake.
